Radius Connect is a tool designed for sales people in Salesforce. Using Radius Connect, they can easily find company and contact data when and where they need it, and add contacts and data to Salesforce with just one click. Reps can personalize conversations with immediate contact/account insights and spend more time selling by eliminating the research time.



We list down all the mandatory feature sets, and invite PMs to brainstorm user stories and ideas. Based on the spec, we understand the target users are: SDR and AE. Their goals is to update data from Radius when they look at a contact or an account in SFDC.
Based on the storyline me and the other designer in the team come out different versions of design. And we sync with team (PM, tech writers, senior designers) get some feedback and continue to finetune the work. Then we schedule several user tests with our internal CSM (SDRs / AEs) team.
Talking to PMs and Sales Representatives about edge use cases and their needs when they scrutinize those dense information and data on SFDC..
